Privacy and cookies

Short version: this site collects only what it needs to answer you, and it turns on analytics and ad measurement only if you say yes.
Who is responsible
This site, pveloso.com, is run by Paulo Veloso. To ask a question or use any of the rights below, use the contact form on the booking section and mention privacy.
What is collected, and why
- When you book a call or send the contact form. Your name, email, phone number if you add it, company and message. I use them only to reply, schedule and prepare the conversation. The form and calendar are provided by HighLevel (LeadConnector), which stores this data on my behalf.
- When you subscribe to the newsletter. Your name and email, and the fact that you ticked the consent box. I use them only to send The Wolf Pack Power Brief. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask me to delete your details. The list and the emails are handled by HighLevel on my behalf.
- When you visit. The hosting provider (Netlify) keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and to keep the site running.
- Analytics and advertising, only if you accept. Google Analytics and Google Ads record pages viewed, button clicks and the device and approximate location they can infer. I do not see names or emails in them.
Cookies and similar storage
Optional categories are off until you choose. Rejecting them changes nothing about what you can read, listen to or book.

The booking calendar and form are embedded from HighLevel. They may use their own cookies to work, which are covered by their privacy policy.
Who receives your data
Only the services that run this site: HighLevel (forms, calendar and newsletter emails), Google (analytics and ads, only if you accept) and Netlify (hosting). Your data is not sold. Some of these providers process data in the United States and other countries.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under Brazil’s LGPD, the EU and UK GDPR or California law), you can ask to see, correct, export or delete the personal data held about you, object to its use, and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing is as easy as giving: use Cookie settings in the footer. If you are not satisfied with a reply, you can contact your local data protection authority.
How long data is kept
Contact and booking details are kept for as long as needed to answer you and keep ordinary business records, then deleted. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. Analytics data follows Google’s retention setting for this property.
Links to other sites
The site links to LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Amazon Music and the community platform. Each has its own privacy policy and sets its own cookies once you leave this site.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that matters, the date above is updated and, when the optional categories change, you are asked for your choice again.
